Fun and enlightening classes are based on teachings from the Usui Reiki system. Through the activation of these beautiful and gentle Reiki frequencies within your body and energy fields, you are connecting more consciously with the pure loving energy of Source. Gratitude and a deep sense of harmony arise.
You will learn hands-on and distance treatments that bring comfort and loving support to yourself, animals, plants and with their permission, to others in your life. This is a transformational energy that uplifts and soothes.
The 1 - 3 day courses provide plenty of time for in-depth discussion and group practice for greater integration. On each day, you will receive a Reiki activation that helps strengthen the connection and enhance the flow of energy even more.

Individual sessions are 60-90 minutes in length, depending on the preferred type of service.
In an initial 20 minute exploratory call, Catherine will happily provide you with more detailed descriptions of the various modalities and assist in determining which service would be most beneficial at this time.
