Group Classes for All Levels
Fun and enlightening group classes are provided throughout the year from 1st Degree (level) to Master Teacher level, based on the Usui Reiki system. Through the activation of these beautiful and gentle Reiki frequencies within your body and energy fields, you experience direct access to the pure loving energy of Source. Gratitude and a deep sense of harmony arises in yourself and in everyone around you.
In a one-to-three-day class, you will learn to give hands-on and distance treatments to yourself and others, as well as to plants, animals and events. As you share this transformative energy with the world, your life and everything around you will become more peaceful and flowing.
The courses provide lots of handouts and plenty of time for in-depth discussion and practice. On each day of class, you will receive an additional activation to the Reiki frequency which helps to strengthen and support the flow of energy. All mentees will give and receive treatments each day to ensure deeper integration.
My promise to you is that you will leave at the end of the course feeling confident in using this beautiful modality with yourself and others.

Individual sessions are 60-90 minutes in length, depending on the preferred type of service.
In an initial 20 minute exploratory call, Catherine will happily provide you with more detailed descriptions of the various modalities and assist in determining which service would be most beneficial at this time.
